TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing, or using the Resurrect mobile application ("App") or accessing resurrectapp.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resurrect ("we," "us," or "our").

Resurrect is a productivity and focus application that helps users track deep work sessions, block distracting apps using iOS Screen Time functionality, maintain streaks, and compete on leaderboards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App (as required by the App Store). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may register using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

Resurrect offers a paid subscription ("Pro") processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by Apple's terms and your agreement with Apple.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal period.

Resurrect uses Apple's Family Controls / Screen Time API to restrict access to other apps during lock-in sessions. By granting this permission, you authorize the App to apply these restrictions.

You acknowledge that these restrictions are intentional and that you are responsible for managing your session state. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the app blocking feature.

You may submit a username and select an avatar. You agree not to use usernames that are offensive, impersonating, or violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any user-generated content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Session data, usernames, and progress statistics may be displayed on public leaderboards. By using the App, you consent to this display.

Leaderboard data is computed based on your logged sessions. We make no warranties about the accuracy of rankings.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the App and Site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
